Playniac & Channel 4 presents: International Racing Squirrels

Terms and Conditions

The International Racing Squirrels game and website (”IRS") is operated and controlled by or on behalf of Channel Four Television Corporation ("Channel 4", "we", and "us" and "our"). IRS was created by Playniac Limited (“Playniac”) under commission from Channel 4.

Viewing and playing of IRS is subject to your acceptance of the Channel 4 Online Services – User Terms and Conditions, Channel 4’s Privacy Policy and the specific rules below (collectively the "IRS Terms and Conditions"). Please make sure that you read these carefully (and if you are under the age of 16 then please read these with your parent or guardian) to make sure you understand and are happy to agree to these. If you (or your parent or guardian) don’t agree to these then please do not use or play IRS.

Because IRS uses the Facebook Connect platform, if you interact with IRS through the Facebook Connect option then Facebook's terms and conditions, guidelines and privacy policies also apply to your use of IRS. If there is a conflict between the IRS Terms and Conditions and Facebook's terms and conditions, guidelines and privacy policies then as between you and us, the IRS Terms and Conditions will prevail.

Please note that we reserve the right to change the IRS Terms and Conditions at any time for any reason. Updates to the IRS Terms and Conditions will be posted on this site (and or at the links above) so please ensure you regularly check the IRS Terms and Conditions as by continuing to use and play IRS you will be deemed to have accepted the IRS Terms and Conditions as updated.
